Ashley Munro is a multidisciplinary artist seeking to capture the identities, expressions, and stories of underrepresented people and environments; connecting her personal experiences and perspectives to her community both geographically and culturally.

Raised in Central Brooklyn, New York, she spent her early years in various creative environments in one of the most diverse cities in the world. Slowly but surely she developed her skills as a multidisciplinary artist. She is now a narrative photographer, creative director, and currently owns a budding collective and publication for POC creatives by the name of Munreaux (mun-row), a creative riff of her namesake, Munro. She is also an independent surrealist fine artist and as she continues to develop her artistry, Ashley seeks to bring creative minds together to collaborate and bring forth something novel, innovative, impactful, and evocative to the creative landscape. As an artist, Ashley embraces the journey towards a diverse and purposeful, creative existence.
